INDOOR BOOTCAMP WAS A BLAST!

The weather was rainy so we moved the
camp indoors and had a blast!  The room
was packed and did we work up a sweat
or what!  It was the perfect opportunity to learn the aerobics moves while still keeping the traditional bootcamp calisthenic activities.
This group is determined to reach their goals. BRAVO!

    I am not an official Ten Pound Down participant, but I am “shadowing” your program on my own as I have a few pounds to lose (15) and I need some motivation. It is also fun to follow along with everyone. I am usually in the KItsilano Fitness Centre on Sundays, and saw everyone on the official weigh-in day last week and I was totally inspired by the group. I "un-officially" weighed in at 170 lbs and today, after one week, I am down about 4lbs. I did this by being really careful about my eating. I usually lose a bit more the first week and then I level off.

    I tend to put weight on and off over the year and as a person who has had all the body weight issues in the past, I want to tell everyone that you all can reach your goals! You just need to stick with the program.
